Greetings from QField HQ 
I’m writing this to make the community aware of an upcoming functionality in QField[Cloud] 4.3 that will introduce the concept of QFieldCloud project templates. These templates can be both private (seen only by your QFieldCloud account and/or those within your shared organization) as well as public templates visible to all.

As seen in the linked video, users are able to get to a public cloud project template and create a project for themselves by simply scanning a QR code. This was the poster used in the demo:
Best of all, it’s super easy to achieve 
On the creator side:
- Setup your project in QGIS
- Upload it to QFieldCloud using QFieldSync and flag it as a template and make it public to offer it to the world (or keep it private for you and your organization)
- Open QField and log into your QFieldCloud account
- Open the details view for your project template, grab the QR code and share with others
On the user side, assuming they have signed onto their QFieldCloud account:
- Pick your phone and open the OS camera
- Aim at a QR code, pick the QField action
- Enjoy the project description, push create project from template
Et voila!
