@cloud_username not available for community plan?

Hi, I have found several discussions, mostly on this site, mentioning the existence of the global variable @cloud_username.
However, my QField does not have this variable.
I have a community plan and am using QField 3.7.9

Is this global variable somehow not available for community plans?

Hi!

Have you tried working with it?

I think the variable is just not displayed in the list of variables, but when used in expressions, it should still be resolved independently of your cloud plan.

Thanks, it is indeed not visible. It would be nice to have it it visible as a read-only value in the global variable list

I did try using it to fill a field, but messing around with this I probably forgot to save the QGIS project before sync.

Now, it is working as expected. So yes, cloud_username is available on community plans
