Failed_process_projectfile Getting error

Hi Team,

When i am creating new project using qgis or direct. I am getting error failed_process_projectfile.

But same project when i am uploading on free version of cloud it is working properly. But not working on paid version. I have tried recent version of QGIS also.

The specific job’s logs should give you a better idea of what’s going on.
On self-hosted, you can find them under /admin/core/job/

It is only showing Status: Pending, Error type: None. Is there any limited project in paid version.

Is there any email for cloud support?

“Pending” means the job hasn’t started yet. Since your project shows as failed, it’s likely that an earlier job is marked as failed. If you click on its ID, you should be able to view more detailed error information.

If you’re using the official QFieldCloud instance at app.qfield.cloud, there’s a “Get support” button at the bottom of the page.

If you’re on an on-prem installation, the best option should be to contact the person or organization hosting your instance, the service provider who installed it, or us here in the community forum (especially if you can access the failed job’s logs).

And if you believe the error is caused by a bug, you can report it directly on the QFieldCloud GitHub page. But they will most likely also need the logs.
