Hey
I am looking for resources that will help me learn QField, so the question is how did you learn QField was it trail and error? did someone else teach you ( if so who? ) … or did you find some useful online tutorials that helped you learn the in’s and out’s of working with QField?
If you did use online tutorials which ones and where?
Any help with this would be really appreciated!
It really depends on what you’re trying to achieve and what your current GIS experience is—whether you’re already comfortable with maps, vector layers, geopackages, and so on.
A good place to start is the official QField documentation, which gives you a solid understanding of the overall ecosystem.
I’d also recommend the mini-series Getting Started with QField on iOS. It’s an excellent introduction and walks you through the core features step by step.
Once you’re familiar with the basics, you might want to explore QFieldCloud, which enables centralized collaboration within teams and organizations.
