I thought I’d just let you know that I added QField to the apps listed on AlternativeTo: https://alternativeto.net/software/qfield/about/
Feel free to edit the listing to add / correct information, and suggest QField as an alternative of other software (I don’t know much about mobile surveying apps). And of course, “like” the app to give it more visibility.
