Billing Fraud from QFIELDCLOUD

I dropped my subscription to QFIELD CLOUD several months ago. When I log into the web site, I’ve confirmed that I have only a “Community” plan, and the “Estimated Expenses” all say €0. The last Invoice listed was from May, and it’s marked as paid. But I just got a notice from my credit card that I received a charge today of $58.38. My credit card has the charge pending, and it is categorized as “Merchandise”.

The (worthless) support chat-bot on the QFieldCloud page says that I should use the “in-app ticketing system” to receive support. I’ve been unable to find that anywhere.

I am frustrated, being unable to find any way to contact QField Cloud billing department to find out what’s going on, so I’m inclined to just report the charge as fraudulent. Before I do that, I thought I’d reach out to the community to see if anyone knows of a way I can get help with this. If not, I’ll report it as a fraudulent charge.
