Data uploaded from mobile not found in cloud

After my collecting data with QField on my last field work, I experienced network errors when clicking on the “Synchronise” button. As such, I tried “upload changes” instead. The procedure ran without problems, but when I fetch the changes on the desktop, I receive the message that there are no changes to be downloaded:

The locally stored cloud project is already synchronized with QFieldCloud, no action is required.

I signed in on QField Cloud and my newest changes are there and pending. However, when I click “Yes, apply pending changes”, the website tells me that there are no changes to be applied:

Nyuki says: No changes to apply.

The pending changes remain in the list of Changes.

In the QField app, the collected data is still in the local project, but the buttons to synchronise or upload are now greyed out.

My data usage is already at capacity (100%, 118.8 MB/100.0 MB). I assume it is refusing to apply changes due to that. But since the changes have already been pushed and are now in this limbo between mobile and desktop, I’m afraid of losing my data by trying anything in the dark.

What would be the correct procedures to be taken in this situation?
