Mobil device pushes to qfield.cloud but all jobs fail and patches error

Mobile devices were pushing data fine and then started erroring in qfield.cloud. I realized that the account was out of storage space so I corrected that issue and then reapplied the changes but they continue to fail

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. User tried to complete full sync.
  2. App fails with network timeout error
    OR
  3. User edits local data
  4. Push changes to qfield.cloud
  5. Changes sit as pending
  6. Job fails
  7. Changes error

Expected behavior

After changes complete processing I expect to sync to desktop with dialog box showing changes to be pulled from cloud

Observed behavior

desktop sync reports all changes are up to date, no action required

Additional information

  • Problem started happening after exceeding storage space and did not return to normal after adding space
  • 100% of Jobs are failing
