Does anyone have this issue of field data needing to be in 2 separate databases & workaround

Wondering if anyone is in the same boat. Our field data needs to be in 2 separate databases.

Company database/software : Used for invoicing, reporting, can’t visualize data

Qfield/Qfieldcloud: Visualize geospatial data

How can field workers not have to key in data, especially primary key of the db twice. Anyone has found a workaround for a similar situation? Here is a diagram.

We have a similar issue, our client data isn’t available to GIS directly. In our case we have project IDs so I can look at data from both sources in Microsoft Power BI (for example) and join via the Project ID.
