I have created my first project on QGIS and used QField for Android to collect data on field, using the QFieldSync plugin to communicate between the two.
As this project involved collecting a large amount of pictures, I’ve gone past my 100MB cloud allowance and the syncing appears to be currently incomplete, as many features and pictures are missing when syncing the project on QGIS.
There are many changes marked as pending on qfield.cloud:
If I click on the button “Yes, apply pending changes” nothing happens, with the message “No changes to apply.”
If I choose “Apply” in the Action column next to the a pending item and then click on Save All I get a 405 Not Allowed error.
This seems to be a cloud issue, as QField for Android says “There are no local changes” and I can see all the features there.
As a result, I cannot seem to find a way to access the full project. I tried connecting the phone to my laptop via USB cable but the project is saved in the /data folder, inaccessible without rooting the phone, rather than in the otherwise accessible /Android/data/.
If I try to access the project on a different QField installed on an iPhone, I get the “Quota error” message when trying to download the project.
I’ve managed to export all the photos from Android with Export to Folder and retrieve them on my laptop, so purging them all on the cloud to make space for the updated geopackage file is not a problem, but I’m too concerned to lose valuable data to try anything else on qfield.cloud given my limited knowledge.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
