Lock cursor to location button removed in newer versions

I had averaged positioning turned on to collect precise station points, before the 4.0 update I was able to:

1. collect averaged points by turn on the middle button
2. lock the cursor to location, collect another point without point averaging by click the top button and not turn on the middle button.

After the 4.0 update, the top button for locking the cursor to location appears to be removed. Now, every point collected while the cursor is locked becomes an averaged point, which takes too much time and is not ideal.

I think the button you are looking for is now on the pie menu that pops when you touch over the position cursor:

Keep in mind that in order to make this pie menu appear, you have to first have gps positioning, as you need to touch the blue arrow, not the (+) cursor in the middle of the screen.
