Provider error after New QFieldCloud IP

Hi,
according to e-mail recevied from qfieldcloud staff I updated my firewall but now I have issues with connection to my postgis-DB.
The error I have is the following one:
09:33:52.293 QGSMSGLOG WARNING Connection to database failed
connection to server at “...”, port 5432 failed: timeout expired

I have an organization account just few days ago I completed the checkout.

I solved the issue changing my old configuration of server firewall from ‘app.qfield.cloud’ to one new explicit IP
