I even set up a completely new project with the same data of my field work and it didn’t work. Has someone experienced something similar and could help me? That would be amazing!

Are you seeing an error?
Have you checked your QField logs for a more detailed error message?
To access them, open any project after the failed download attempt (if you don’t have any local projects, simply create a new one using the button on the home screen).
Then open the legend, click the 3 dots, and then click this:
If the logs mention any server errors or errors while packaging, check the logs of the packaging job in QFieldCloud for more details.
