Hey everyone, I’m having an issue when trying to connect to the project I created on QGIS Desktop and uploaded to QField Cloud. When I try to connect to the cloud and download the project on my phone, I get an error message:
Traduction → “Error downloading.[HTTP/403] https://app.qfield.cloud/api/v1/jobs/ Server Error”
Everything was working fine until I activated the 28-day free trial to create an organization and test an alert system for irregular land use that I’m developing for the company I work for. After activating the free trial, I decided to create a project from scratch to test this alert system with a pilot project. However, although the project is stored in the cloud, I can’t download it on my phone.
Hi @Diasper.
How are you accessing this alarm system ? Where do you receive the data from ? Are you accessing some external databases?
Best regards,
Berit
I created the project in QGIS Desktop and I am trying to export it to access it on my phone via QField Cloud, but I get this error when I try to download it. I am not accessing any external databases. The system is intended to work in a simple way, as follows: the person in the field would identify any changes in land use and land cover and add a point at the location. This update in the project would then be sent to QField Cloud, from where it would be downloaded to QGIS Desktop.
Could you please check on QFieldCloud under: Jobs and please refer to Jobs - QField Ecosystem Documentation
If you post us the failure here - we may be able to help
