I’m a QField pro user who’s having trouble syncing data from my tablet to the cloud.
I’m completely new to QFieldCloud, and I’m a bit lost.
I’ve been working on the project for several days, with automatic synchronization every 30 minutes.
For the past 3 days, I haven’t been able to sync, and I’m getting the following error:
"Changes could not be uploaded to QFieldCloud: [HTTP/405] https://app.qfield(…)/Server error: 405 Not allowed nginx/1.28.0
Checking the account and settings, I found that the project was out of space; it exceeded 1GB of the Pro account I have. I bought more space (6Gb), but I still can’t update to the cloud so I can download it to my desktop.
How can I fix this?
I’ve tried creating another project, and this new one does sync, but I need to recover the field data from the previous project.
I appreciate the help.
