After synchronising the project from mobile to desktop I get this error message:
In the .qgs-file it says something like “500 internal server error”.
When I try to access my data from the qfield cloud website the same error “500 internal server error” is shown.
How can I solve this problem within QGIS or access my cloud data without getting this error?
If you open that file in notepad you will notice that it is an html file with an Internal Server Error (500) page.
Downloads are not working for us as well. Uploads also produce a 405 Not Allowed server error. The same happens when you try to download the files directly from Qfield Cloud web page.
There is obviously something going on with their system. I submitted a ticket hours ago and got no reply. I also posted a similar post here an hour ago.
HI @martin.reger
We experienced service disruptions last week and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. The issue has been resolved, and everything is now working normally.
-
**To ensure you: **
-
No data should be lost - if you have synchronised and the message under ‘changes’ says error - please ‘re-apply’ and the changes should be reapplied as normal
-
If you tried to synchronise using the QFieldSync Plugin - you will now be able to do so as previous.
-
If you tried to synchronise with QField - you should not receive the ‘Project read file error… ending mismatch tag.’ anymore and just be able to synchronise as normal.
Between August 4th and 11th, we experienced an unusual performance problem caused by an extreme spike in requests. This primarily affected larger projects with many files, but unfortunately, also slowed down the entire system. It took us a few days to pinpoint the cause. While we implemented fixes right away, the first attempts weren’t stable enough. On August 11th, we rolled out a permanent solution, and the service has been running smoothly since.
For the latest updates, please visit our status page: https://status.qfield.org/.
We have improved our monitoring and processes to prevent future problems and are keeping a close eye on the system.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologise again for the disruption.
Sincerely Your QField and QFieldCloud Team
